What is the difference between the public trust page and the client dashboard?
The public trust page is your outward-facing compliance profile — frameworks covered, certifications, uptime, and security policies. The per-client dashboard is a private, authenticated view showing that client’s specific security posture, evidence packs, and open findings.
Which compliance frameworks does AiT Trust Portal support?
AiT Trust Portal supports SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS. Evidence is collected automatically from your connected tools — no manual uploads required on Professional and above.
How does continuous evidence collection work?
AiT Trust Portal connects to your MDR, EDR, M365, and ticketing platforms via API. It collects evidence automatically on a schedule and maps it to control requirements — keeping your posture current without manual effort.
Can clients access the trust portal without our team knowing?
No. All client access is authenticated via Clerk SSO and logged. You receive a notification when a client views their posture dashboard or downloads an evidence report.
