Yes. Many clients use AiTCRM + AiT SOC Sentinel together, or AiTBMS + Phishing Sim as part of a managed IT bundle. Book a call and we'll build a custom quote that reflects your exact product mix.
Do AiT products require long-term contracts?
Subscription tiers (AiTCRM, AiT SOC Sentinel, Avatar Studio Retainer) are month-to-month after the initial onboarding period. AiTBMS and SOC Sentinel Enterprise POC engagements have minimum commitment terms — ask your account executive for details.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 30-day pilot for AiTCRM Starter and AiTBMS Analytics on qualifying accounts. SOC Sentinel includes a 2-week technical proof-of-value at no cost before the full engagement starts.
How does per-device MSP pricing work?
Our managed IT service is billed per managed device (laptop, desktop, or server). The rate is flat regardless of how many tickets you raise. Add or remove devices any month — billing adjusts automatically.
