Our per-device pricing is simple and transparent. You pay a fixed monthly rate for each device under management. Whether you have 10 devices or 200, the per-device rate remains the same. As your organization grows, you simply add more devices. There are no setup fees, no surprise charges, and you can scale up or down month-to-month.
What counts as a device?
A device is any computer, laptop, desktop, or server that requires monitoring and management. This includes Windows PCs, Macs, and Linux servers. Mobile devices are not included in our per-device count. We'll work with you during the onboarding process to get an accurate count and help you understand which devices fall under management.
Can I mix plans for different locations?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients use different tiers across multiple locations or departments. For example, you might run the Starter plan for your secondary office and the Professional plan for your headquarters. We'll consolidate all locations into a single invoice for easy billing and management.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All of our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
