AI Enablement Academy

Two cohort programs that turn senior operators into AI force multipliers.

The tools are a commodity. The playbook is not.

Every company has access to Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT in 2026. Access to the tools has never been the constraint. The constraint is knowing which workflow to automate first, what to do when the model gets it wrong, and how to measure whether the time saved actually converted to revenue.

Intelligent IT runs a fully managed MSP on the same AI tools we teach. Our average helpdesk response time is 2 minutes. Our average resolution time is 45 minutes. Eighty-five percent of issues are resolved by automation. Those are contractual SLAs, not slide copy. When a CTO, CIO, or IT Director asks whether this approach actually works in production, we answer with runtime metrics — not a case study from three years ago.

The Academy packages that operational knowledge into three focused cohort programs. You get the workflow library, the change-management discipline, and access to operators who carry these SLAs every day. That is the differentiator — not another vendor explaining what AI is.

Two tracks. One outcome: production AI workflows in your seat.

Executive Track

$4,950 · 4 weeks · Cohort of 8

For CTOs and CIOs ready to lead AI strategy rather than react to it. Build a defensible vendor-selection framework, an AI governance model your board can approve, and 3 production workflows shipped before week 4 ends.

Why this Academy, not a generic AI course.

1

We run our own MSP on these tools

The workflows we teach are live in Intelligent IT production today. 2-min response time and 45-min resolution time are contractual SLAs we carry. You are learning from an operator, not an educator.

2

We publish our actual runtime metrics

85% of our tickets are resolved by automation. We share the before/after numbers that made that happen — including the failure modes, the false positives, and the rollback decisions. No cherry-picked success stories.

3

We only teach what runs in our own stack

No vendor sponsorships affect the curriculum. If a tool is in the program, it is because we use it at Intelligent IT. If we stopped using it, we pull it from the track. Curriculum fidelity comes before partner revenue.

4

You get our incident playbooks, not slideware

The capstone deliverable is an artifact you can act on the week after graduation — a workflow live in your helpdesk, a 30-day automation roadmap, or an AI operating memo ready for your board pack. Not a PDF with diagrams.

FAQ

Manuel Ruiz (Founder, CEO, and CISO of Intelligent IT) leads both tracks, with senior IT engineers from the Intelligent IT bench supporting cohort sessions and capstone reviews. The CTO/CIO Executive Track will have a technology strategy co-instructor with enterprise IT leadership experience; that role is being staffed for the Q4 2026 cohort.
Director Track: 6–8 hours per week over 4 weeks. Executive Track: 4–5 hours per week over 4 weeks. Both tracks include recordings of live sessions for the weeks you can’t attend live.
Full refund within 14 days if the first module does not deliver. After 14 days: no refund, but you retain lifetime access to the workflow library. We set this policy deliberately — we want participants who are committed, and we back the first module with a money-back guarantee because we are confident it delivers.
No. The thesis here is augment, not replace. The program is built around the observation that the highest-value IT work — security decisions, vendor negotiations, architecture calls — requires human judgment. What AI can replace is the high-volume admin that consumes 30–50% of most operators’ weeks. Graduates ship workflows that handle the repetitive work so the human team has time for the work that actually needs them.
Director Track: 12 students per cohort. Executive Track: 8 students per cohort. Cohort sizes decrease as the program intensity and trust requirements increase — the Director and Executive cohorts involve sharing real operational data and strategic context, and benefit from smaller, higher-trust groups.
Common across all tracks: Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, n8n, Microsoft Copilot, and the Anthropic SDK. Track-specific additions are covered in each track page. The curriculum is tool-neutral — no vendor sponsorships or revenue-share arrangements influence what we teach. If a tool is in the program, it is because it is in the Intelligent IT production stack.
