AI Enablement Academy

Train your team on the AI we runour own MSP on.

Three cohort programs that turn senior operators into AI force multipliers. Every capstone ships on your real data — a triage agent live in your helpdesk, an AP agent on your actual invoice queue — not a sandbox exercise. Led by Manuel Ruiz with senior engineers from the bench.

Operator Track

One-person IT shops and working consultants. No programming required.

$1,950per seat
6 weeks4–5 hrs / week
25per cohort
4 group calls · Tue 7–9 PM ET

Target outcomes

  • 3–5 hours of weekly admin time reclaimed (~$450–$750/week at $150/hr blended)
  • 30%+ of recurring ticket types deflected after the triage agent
  • 2× faster proposal turnaround from discovery call to send
Apply for Operator Track

Curriculum

Week 1 · AI fundamentals for the working operator

Claude, Cursor, and n8n set up in your real environment. Hallucination patterns, prompt-length limits, tool-call reliability.

Deliverable: Five-tool stack live in sandbox

Week 2 · Proposal and status-report automation

A Claude-powered proposal generator from your discovery notes; a monthly status report that pulls ticket data into a branded recap in your voice.

Deliverable: 1 reusable proposal template + report workflow shipped

Week 3 · Ticket triage agent

Deployed on your helpdesk data: categorize, route by urgency, draft first response or KB link, flag for human attention. QA and override patterns.

Deliverable: Triage workflow live on your real PSA

Week 4 · Knowledge-base agent

Index runbooks, SOPs, and client docs; chat interface over them. RAG architecture, freshness pipeline, fallbacks.

Deliverable: KB agent live and queryable

Week 5 · Security and compliance shortcuts

Claude for SOC 2 vendor questionnaires, policy reviews, client-facing compliance summaries — and how to QA the output.

Deliverable: Vendor-review prompt library + policy workflow

Week 6 · Going to market with an AI-augmented practice

Pricing AI-augmented services, describing the stack without overselling, measuring recovered time, turning it into a rate conversation.

Deliverable: Stack memo + 5-minute client demo video

Quarterly · 12 seats

Director Track

IT Directors at 50–500 person firms who need to show the board results, not promises.

$3,950per seat
4 weeks6–8 hrs / week
12per cohort · team rate $14,950 for 5
Weekly live · Wed 6–8 PM ET

Target outcomes

  • L1 deflection from the 23% industry average to 40–60%
  • 6–10 hours/week saved per L1 FTE once triage and KB agents are live
  • CIO-ready governance plan and 30-day roadmap, CISO-signed
Apply for Director Track

Curriculum

Week 1 · AI for IT operations: tooling decisions and architecture

Claude vs Copilot vs custom agents. MCP, agent frameworks, buy-vs-build. Starts with a ticket data audit on your real queue.

Deliverable: Baseline deflection measured; triage taxonomy approved

Week 2 · Helpdesk triage agent

Build and deploy on the real helpdesk. Categorize, prioritize, draft first response, surface L2 cases. QA, override, and the fallback when the agent is wrong.

Deliverable: Triage agent live, targeting 40–60% deflection

Week 3 · Knowledge-base and onboarding agent

KB agent over runbooks and SOPs, chained into a 90-day onboarding workflow: AD account, M365 license, groups, hardware order, welcome email. Offboarding reverses it with an audit trail.

Deliverable: KB agent + end-to-end onboarding workflow deployed

Week 4 · Governance, change management, team enablement

Rolling out a workflow to a team that didn't build it. Override procedures, feedback loops, KPIs for the CIO, governance checklist for CISO sign-off.

Deliverable: 30-day roadmap and governance plan for CIO review

Q4 2026 beta · 8 seats

Executive Track

CFOs and finance leaders who want production AI workflows, not a board briefing. Applications reviewed by Manuel.

$4,950per seat
4 weeks4–5 hrs / week
8per cohort
Weekly live · Thu 12–1:30 PM ET

Target outcomes

  • AP invoice cost from ~$12 to ~$3 per invoice (ChatFin 2026 benchmark)
  • Contract review 30–50% faster per document
  • 1 day/week reclaimed per FP&A analyst
Apply for Executive Track

Curriculum

Week 1 · The CFO's AI thesis

What to fund, what to defer, how to talk to the board. ROI by use case, data-handling commitments, audit-trail requirements, the three questions your CISO will ask.

Deliverable: Tool inventory + one workflow with a pre/post measurement plan

Week 2 · AP invoice automation

Extract header and line items from PDFs, match to PO, route approvals, surface exceptions. Multi-entity routing, FX, vendor-name disambiguation.

Deliverable: Live AP agent pilot on a sample of your real queue

Week 3 · Contract review and vendor management agent

Surface auto-renewals, payment-term outliers, and indemnity language in under 5 minutes per document. Review checklist, override procedure, queryable registry.

Deliverable: 5 active contracts reviewed and annotated

Week 4 · FP&A: forecasting and variance with Claude

Rebuild one recurring report: a 13-week cash forecast with scenarios, or variance commentary drafted from GL data. Analyst edits; Claude drafts.

Deliverable: 1 recurring report rebuilt + AI operating memo for the board

Every track includes

What you leave with.

  • 3 production workflows. Shipped before the final session, running on your real data, peer-reviewed by senior MSP operators.
  • A workflow library you own forever. Prompts, workflows, scripts — lifetime access after graduation, and you keep adding to it.
  • Change-management frameworks. Rollouts that stick: override procedures, feedback loops, KPIs your CIO or CFO will accept.
  • Alumni community. Incident playbooks, benchmark data from prior cohorts, quarterly office hours.
Academy FAQ

Straight answers.

Tool-neutral curriculum. No vendor sponsorships or revenue share influence what we teach.

What tools will I use?

Common to all tracks: Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, n8n, Microsoft Copilot, and the Anthropic SDK — roughly $40/month in subscriptions. Everything is part of our production stack. Director Track adds HaloPSA / Jira / ServiceNow integration walkthroughs; Executive Track adds AP and FP&A tooling.

What if I miss a live session?

Recordings post within 24 hours. Async modules and workbooks stay available through the cohort plus 30 days (90 days of office hours for Executive Track).

Refund policy?

Full refund within 14 days if the first module doesn't deliver. After 14 days, no refund, but you keep lifetime access to the workflow library.

Can I use real company data?

Yes, with anonymization guidance. Capstones are built on actual client work, your real helpdesk, or a sanitized sample of your real invoice queue — that's the point.

Is this about replacing people?

No. Augment, not replace. Security decisions, vendor negotiations, and architecture calls need human judgment; the 30–50% of a week spent on high-volume administration doesn't. We free the humans for the work that needs them.

Team enrollment?

Director Track has a $14,950 rate for the IT Director plus up to four L2/L3 engineers, with an optional on-site kickoff. We recommend it: the capstone requires the team to configure and test the agent in your real environment.
