Automate the problem.Don't close the same ticket twice.
We're a technical bench growing every quarter — senior engineers who build the platform they operate, and the people who make sure clients never chase a ticket. Remote-first across the US with hubs in New York, Boston, San Diego, and Danbury, CT.

Open and evergreen.
We hire when we find the right person, not only when a req opens. If you fit one of these, write to us.
Senior Systems Engineer (M365 / Azure)
Own tenant architecture, Conditional Access, Intune, and the automation that keeps them enforced. You've run production for 500+ users and would rather script it than click it.
Security Operations Engineer
Detection engineering, Helix runbooks, incident response. Defender, Sentinel, and at least one EDR in anger. CySA+ or equivalent experience.
Support Engineer (Mac + Windows)
Frontline with a senior safety net. Intune and Mosyle, identity, networking fundamentals, and the judgment to know when something is an engineering problem.
AI Automation Engineer
Node, Python, n8n, the Anthropic SDK. You build the workflows the Academy teaches and the agents that close most of our alerts automatically. Ship weekly.
Account Executive (Regulated SMB)
Consultative. You qualify fit before you talk tiers, and you're comfortable in a room with a CFO and a HIPAA officer at the same time.
Customer Success Manager
Named owner for a book of managed clients: QBRs, service health, translating engineering data into executive decisions.

How we work
What it's like here.
Senior-only escalation means senior work
AI handles Tier 1. You spend your day on architecture, security decisions, and automation — not password resets. If a ticket comes back twice, it's an engineering problem and you get to fix it for good.
Build what you run
Every engineer ships to the AiT platform. The runbook you write becomes a Helix automation; the workflow you build becomes an Academy module. Your work compounds.
Founder-led, hands-on
Manuel still takes escalations and still commits code. Decisions happen in Slack, not a steering committee.
Named ownership
Clients know your name. You get the thank-you emails directly, and you get to decide how the environment evolves.
Four steps, two weeks.
Email us
Resume or LinkedIn plus three sentences on something you automated. No cover letter.
Day 030-min call
With the hiring lead. Mutual fit, comp range, what the first 90 days look like.
Week 1Working session
A real problem from our queue, paid for your time. We care how you think, not whether you’ve memorized trivia.
Week 1–2Offer
Written, with the Academy seat and tooling budget spelled out. References happen after, not instead.
Week 2

Next step
Nothing above fits but you should be here?
Tell us what you'd build. We've created roles for the right people before.
