Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included as standard for healthcare, behavioral health, and any other customer operating under HIPAA. We execute the BAA before your agents go live.
Where is the data hosted?
Agents run on your dedicated GCP tenant (us-east1 or us-central1 region). Your data never leaves your GCP project. We provision and manage the infrastructure; you own the project.
